The Scheme:
The service is ideal when your new Heyford home is at an early stage of construction because you can secure your new home, at a fixed price, whilst we get on with selling your existing home.
Our Sales Consultants will talk you through our new property reservation form and our Agency selling agreement and we will then arrange for an independent professional valuation of your existing home.
Once we have agreed a realistic asking price, the Agency selling agreement is completed and we market your property professionally using local estate agents.
Once a buyer has been found, the sale is smoothly progressed and you move into your new Heyford Home.
There are some conditions, of course. We will consider any property on its own merits, although we do reserve the right to decide whether or not it is acceptable for the Service. Also should we secure a sale on your home and you decide not to proceed with the purchase of the new Heyford Home, we reserve the right to charge you 3% for selling your home for you.
